As a certified home inspector in Arizona, Michael would ordinarily be unable to offer any recommendations to his clients after evaluating a property’s condition. But because Michael is a Registered Professional Engineer, he is approved to not only inspect a home, but also to offer his counsel on matters such as repairs, remodeling, and home customization. Clients will be able to learn the estimated costs of the work that’s being considered, and they’ll also understand what skill level the work will take—cluing them in to the type of professional they would need to seek out in order to get the job done right.
